The organising authority and sponsors are not responsible for the seaworthiness of a boat whose entry is accepted or the sufficiency or adequacy of its equipment or crew, or for any other matter, however arising from this race.

The organising authority and its officers, members and servants, sponsors or other persons assisting with the conduct of the event will not be responsible or liable for material damage or personal injury or death sustained in conjunction with, prior to, during or after the race.
