Can you believe it's October tomorrow, the PIC Coastal Classic month and the definitive start to the summer boating season. Whether this year is a drifter or a battle all the way from Auckland to Russell we can't predict, but we know how important this race is to the NZ sailing community and will deliver a great weekend on the water, just as we have for the last 38 years.
Entries close on the 9th of October. To avoid late entry fees, please make sure you also complete your entry at this time with full payment, PHRF certificate, Cat 3 (minus liferaft) certificate, and your crew list with emergency contact details for every crew member. Yachting New Zealand has advised that they will not accept late applications for safety inspections or PHRF.
Don't forget that we will put every entered boat's name on the back of the tees this year too, so this is an extra incentive to have your entry completed (and Zhik merchandise order in) before October 9th!
