Wrapping up PIC Coastal Classic, welcoming PIC Harbour Classic

It’s hard to believe the PIC Coastal Classic took place a little over 5 weeks ago.  As ardent sailors at the NZ Multihull Yacht Club, we are committed to ensuring the event thrives and evolves. Your passion makes it truly special, and we're dedicated to making it even better.

Thanks for all your valuable feedback on the survey.  It's great to know that, at its core, you're pleased with the event. Nevertheless, we acknowledge there's always room for improvement and we’re committed to incorporating changes that we believe will contribute to the overall experience.

As we look back on the event, it's inevitable that we reflect on the unfortunate tragedy that transpired this year. Our thoughts continue to be with the crew, family and friends of Simon Smith.

Congratulations to all the participants, but a special salute to the triumphant crews who clinched victory in their respective divisions.

A heartfelt shoutout to the weekend warriors who invested months of preparation— you are the heartbeat of the PIC Coastal Classic. Thank you for your unwavering support, and we hope to see you back in 2024!

Thank you to our sponsors, who play an indispensable role in the success of the PIC Coastal Classic. This event is a true team effort, made possible by the collaboration of sponsors, partners, and volunteers. As you embark on your upcoming season, we urge you to support those who contribute to the greatness of our race north.

Speaking of sponsors we have some great news …………..
