It focuses on practical skills for real-world situations—man-overboard drills, emergency response, and understanding each crew member’s responsibilities in high-pressure scenarios. It’s designed to build confidence, teamwork, and the race-ready mindset that keeps everyone safe.
It’s also a great opportunity to meet fellow sailors, share experiences, and pick up tips from seasoned crew and safety experts.
